On Thursday 8th December St Enda's National School, Kilnadur, erected a large Christmas tree in the grounds of Johnstown church. There was a huge demand for individual lights, which were offered for sponshship. After Christmas a Mass will be offered for the intention of the donors and for those living and dead whom they commemorate with the lights. A list of all those in whose name lights have been bought is displayed in Johnstown church.
